My Hauora

Taha Whanau is about the relationships you have with others within your life! It is about the care and compassion you have for others! Taha Whanau means your Family and Social Well-being! This means building strong and positive relationships (Whanaungatanga), surrounding yourself with positive people and being thankful for those around you!



In order to improve and look after your Taha Whanau, you need to build strong and positive relationships, surround yourself with others who can give you a positive influence, be thankful for those around you and stay with friends and family.
Taha Hinengaro is all about your mental and emotional health! It is about your thoughts and the way you express your feelings! Taha Hinengaro is all about being supportive, asking questions, sharing ideas and feeling different emotions!
To look after your Taha Hinengaro, you need to express your feelings in a healthy and positive way, walk away from situations that upset you, know that you need to feel good about yourself, and always have a growth mindset!
Hauora is all about your health and your well-being! It is about balancing your Whare Tapa Wha in order to have a healthy and positive life! Hauora is all about your relationship with the four walls of your whare tapa wha! 
You need to take care and look after your Hauora because if your only taking care of 3 walls of your whare tapa wha, your Hauora will not be complete and can possibly collapse!
